Portfolio application forms

BTL Hub spreadsheet | The BTL Hub spreadsheet should be used to provide background details where an applicant will own 4 or more mortgaged properties at completion, not necessarily as part of their portfolio with Zephyr. See our Submitting Business page for more information, including how to upload it to the BTL Hub |
Business Plan | These forms must be completed by all borrowers with 4 or more mortgaged properties in their portfolio, under PRA rules |
Portfolio Overview Spreadsheet | To be used if the client is applying for a mortgage on more than one property with Zephyr.
