Portfolio Overview Document

 

Our Portfolio Overview Document is required if more than one property is being brought to Zephyr AND/OR the borrower will have 4 or more mortgaged properties in total at completion.

Instructions are included on the document, but if you have any issues or need some help, please have a chat with one of our friendly Telephone BDMs or Regional Sales Managers.

Offer Extension DeclarationThis form must be completed if an offer extension is required
Tariff of Mortgage ChargesDetails of all fees that apply over the term of the mortgage from application
Income/Expenditure Information FormCan be used where personal income is being used to support an application
ID&V - Identity and Address Verification FormDetails acceptable documentation and certification requirements
Accountants CertificateTo be passed to the Accountant for completion
