This calculator illustrates our maximum lending amount for an individual property and is based on our updated Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) levels. Simply input details about the applicant, their property and the product you are considering and we’ll indicate whether we can lend in this case.

In line with our policy on top slicing – the calculator will also allow you to enter details of your applicant’s personal surplus income when this is something we can consider.

Please note – if you are applying on a portfolio basis, additional rules apply and in certain cases we may also be able to consider surplus portfolio rental income to support an application. This form of top slicing is not built into the calculator, so please contact us to discuss.
