Please note, all mortgage intermediaries are required to comply with our Intermediary Terms of Business.

Online Portal

In order to submit a mortgage application to us, you must be registered on our online portal. Use our Intermediary Registration & Login Guide to get started.

Key Partners

Our products are available through a panel of approved packagers, networks and mortgage clubs. We do not provide mortgages directly to borrowers. See details of our Key partners.

Illustrative Calculator

To see if an individual case might fit with us, simply input details about the applicant, their property and the product you are considering into our Illustrative Calculator and we’ll indicate whether we can lend to your client.

Portfolio Applications (for more than one property)

We welcome applications from portfolio landlords, but there are some additional documents and forms that must be completed as part of the case submission. See details in our Portfolio Application section.

Partnership Incorporations 

We also welcome applications from Partnership Incorporations, but there are some additional documents we require as part of the case submission. See details in our Application Submission Guide.

Conveyancing

In order to complete a mortgage transaction with us, both Zephyr Homeloans and your client must instruct a conveyancer to act for them to complete the necessary legal work. See full details in our Conveyancing section.

Valuations

Our approved valuers are Connells Survey & Valuation Limited, one of the Country’s leading national firms of Chartered Surveyors and part of the Connells Group. See full details in our Valuations section.
