At Zephyr, we take pride in providing a quality service to brokers throughout the application journey. We know it’s important for you to see how quickly we’re processing cases, so our average service levels are below:

  • DIPs assessed within one working day
  • Fully packaged applications reviewed within three working days
  • Documents assessed within two working days
  • Valuations assessed within two working days

Please note that this is an average across all the cases we are currently processing. Some complex cases or large portfolios may take longer to process.
