Goodbye application fees. Hello more product fee options
Following our recent update introducing new Special Edition products, higher loan sizes, broader criteria, and simplified ICRs, we’re pleased to announce further enhancements designed to make placing business even easier.
From 18th February we have:
✅ removed the £200 application fee across all products. Reducing costs and helping simplify the application process for your clients.
✅ added 1%, 4% and 6% product fee options for standard properties at 75% LTV. Giving you greater flexibility to structure cases around your clients’ needs.
These updates are part of our continued focus on giving you — and your landlord clients — more choice and competitive options.
