Fees and Charges

There are a number of fees that apply to our mortgage products during the application process and over the term of the loan.

• Product fees – our product range shows the product fees for all deals.
• Application fee – there is a non-refundable application fee of £200 on all deals. Note that on portfolios, the £200 only applies to the first property if all properties are submitted within 6 weeks.
• Valuation fees – see our approved valuers and fees document.
• Legal fees – our approved panel of conveyancers for all new case submissions can provide details of their fee structure on request. See full details in our conveyancing section.
• Post-completion fees – for existing Zephyr customers, full details of all our fees and charges are listed in our Tariff of Mortgage Charges.
