Step 1 – Select an approved conveyancer to act on our behalf
There are two different conveyancer panels – one for limited company applications and another for individual landlords.
The client can choose joint or separate representation. As they are liable for all conveyancing costs, using our approved conveyancer as joint representation is usually the most cost-effective option.

Using a non-approved conveyancer – All conveyancers must be registered on Lender Exchange. If the firm isn’t currently listed, they can register here. If you have a Limited Company application and the preferred conveyancer isn’t on our Limited Company panel, we’d be happy to review this for you. If they are on Lender Exchange and meet our criteria, we could add them to the panel and get your case over the line.
