Step 1 – Select an approved conveyancer to act on our behalf
There are two different conveyancer panels – one for limited company applications and another for individual landlords.
The client can choose joint or separate representation. As they are liable for all conveyancing costs, using our approved conveyancer as joint representation is usually the most cost-effective option.
