Support with your application
Please note, all mortgage intermediaries are required to comply with our Intermediary Terms of Business. |
Online Portal
In order to submit a mortgage application to us, you must be registered on our online portal. Use our Intermediary Registration & Login Guide to get started.
Once you have registered and logged on see our Selecting a Mortgage Club Guide.
Key Partners
Our products are available through a panel of approved packagers, networks and mortgage clubs. We do not provide mortgages directly to borrowers. See details of our Key partners.
Illustrative Calculator
To see if an individual case might fit with us, simply input details about the applicant, their property and the product you are considering into our Illustrative Calculator and we’ll indicate whether we can lend to your client.
Portfolio Applications (for more than one property)
We welcome applications from portfolio landlords, but there are some additional documents and forms that must be completed as part of the case submission. See details in our Portfolio Application section.
Partnership Incorporations
We may be able lend where a property is being transferred from a Partnership (LLP) to a Limited Company. If you have a Partnership Incorporation case, please discuss it with one of our Regional Sales Managers or Telephone BDMs prior to submitting an application. Note that there are some additional documents we require as part of the case submission. See details in our Application Submission Guide.
Conveyancing
In order to complete a mortgage transaction with us, both Zephyr Homeloans and your client must instruct a conveyancer to act for them to complete the necessary legal work. See full details in our Conveyancing section.
Valuations
Our approved valuers for all properties, apart from Large HMOs & MUFBs (7-12 bedrooms/units), are Connells Survey & Valuation Limited, one of the country’s leading national firms of Chartered Surveyors and part of the Connells Group.
For Large HMOs and MUFBs (7-12 bedrooms/units), we use Allied Surveyors & Valuers Limited, who specialise in these types of properties.

Please note: When submitting an HMO or MUFB application, please ensure you input the correct number of bedrooms/units and are clear whether it is ‘Small’ (up to 6 bedrooms/units) or ‘Large’ (7-12 bedrooms/units), as this will determine the valuation firm which is used and the fee which is charged. If the incorrect information is provided, it could result in the wrong valuation firm being initially being instructed, and then having to instruct the other valuation firm, so two fees would be charged.
Fees & Charges
There are a number of fees and charges that apply to our mortgage products during the application process and over the term of the loan. Find out more details in our Fees section.
